FunFlix Policies and Guidelines
At FunFlix, we aim to provide a seamless and enjoyable movie-watching experience. To ensure a hassle-free environment for all our customers, we have established the following guidelines:
1. Content Source and Access:
Customers are required to set up their content source. FunFlix does not provide access to any OTT accounts for commercial purposes. Customers must have their OTT accounts, which they can easily access using our equipped laptop.
2. Content Restrictions:
Indian laws strictly prohibit illegal or prohibited content streaming. FunFlix will not be held liable for any legal consequences arising from violations of this policy. Customers engaging in such activities will not be allowed to book with us again.
3. Refund and Return Policy:
A full refund of the advance amount will be provided if the booking is canceled at least 72 hours before the scheduled time. In the event of technical interruptions from our end, an appropriate refund will be issued, deducting the rent for the interrupted period.
4. Customer Responsibility:
Customers are responsible for their personal belongings. FunFlix will not be liable for any loss or damage to customers' belongings. The booking period includes setup and check-out time; customers must vacate the theater by the end.
5. Technical Equipment:
Customers are not allowed to make any changes to the configuration of technical equipment, including the projector, screen, laptop, and sound system. Our staff will make any necessary adjustments.
6. Age Restrictions:
Minors under 18 years of age are not allowed to book the theater. Legal guardians can make bookings and bring their minor ward(s) along.
7. Damage Liability:
Customers will be held responsible and liable to pay for any damage caused to the theater, including technical and non-technical items such as walls, lights, seating, etc.
8. Cleaning Fee:
A cleaning fee of up to Rs 500 will be charged if significant cleaning is required after check-out. Customers will be responsible for the cost if cleaners are needed to clean up garbage and other waste.
9. Restricted Consumption:
Consumption of alcoholic beverages, Smoking, or any illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the theater. Appropriate action will be taken against customers found violating this policy.
